Our 2021 Rosé is pressed from grapes from Paso Robles, CA. It is fermented in stainless steel and aged 5 months. No MLF.
This Rosé has a slight fruity taste combining a strawberry aroma with a hint of lemon. It pairs well with fish and seafood dishes, as well as cheeses and light meats like chicken. Enjoy chilled on warm vernal days.
Alcohol: 14.5% ABV
