Our 2019 Cabernet Franc is pressed from Paso Robles grapes, CA. It is aged in American oak & stainless steel. This Cabernet Franc has a combination of fruity, vegetal, and earthy flavors. It also has distant jalapeño and herbaceous aromas. It pairs well with red meats and cheeses such as feta, goat cheese and brie. This wine has medium bold body and lots of tannins.
